Free Ride

it's february.

while at work yesterday the power went out for 2.5 hours. sooo i read the paper, and then another paper, and then cleaned out the storage closet. so much productivity.

i also get to go to halifax in 2 weeks for "training". i was supposed to do it at the beginning of this job four months ago but since i was hired later than the rest of the crew i missed it. seems pretty pointless as it's only a technicality but hey, if they wanna pay for my trip, hotel and food for three days, i'll sure go. no arm twisting necessary.
